In an economy in which employment is in short supply and precariousness is the norm, it’s necessary to break the previous model in the battle for rights and that conquering new spaces from capital not be dependant on formal employment. The 99% needs a new chart of rights associated to their social production.
The ‘crisis’, instead of being a way out for the alternative classes, is a new enclosure of rights and an increase in the capital controlled spaces. The exit from the public is not enough against states that are not capable of confronting the rammng from the markets that invade every space, public or private.
Building politics for the 99% requires constituting new rights, rethinking the property categories in the means of production and the instruments that guarantee the access to the indispensable means to survive.
In this workshop we will try to go beyond the reactive phase against precariousness to the building of a new set of rights and measures that permit the majorities take again the path of appropriation against the repossession directed by the markets and defended by the governments associated with the IMF.
En una economía en que el empleo es un bien escaso y que la precariedad es norma, se hace necesario que las luchas por los derechos rompan con el modelo anterior y la conquista de nuevos espacios al capital no sean dependientes del empleo formal. El 99% necesita de una nueva carta de derechos asociados a su producción social.
La ‘crisis’ fuera de significar una salida para las clases subalternas significa un nuevo cerco a los derechos y un aumento de los espacios controlados por el capital. La salida de lo público se torna insuficiente ante Estados que son incapaces de resistir el embiste de los mercados que parasitan todo espacio sea de titularidad pública o privada.
La construcción de una política para el 99% pasa por la necesidad de constituir nuevos derechos, repensar las cartegorias de la propiedad de los medios de producción y de los instrumentos que garantizan el acceso a los medios indispensables para la vida.
En este taller trataremos de pasar de la fase reactiva contra la precariedad a la construcción de un nuevo conjunto de derechos y medidas que permitan a las multitudes retomar la senda de la apropiación frente al expolio dirigido por los mercados y defendido por los gobiernos asociados al FMI.
METHODOLOGY / METODOLOGÍA
A minimum, theoretical proposal will be developed about the key questions of debate to begin building collectively, in a pad, a draft of formal material for a constitutional process at a European level, under the paradigm of the roots movements around the lack of democracy and debtocracy.
Se realizará una propuesta teorica mínima sobre las cuestiones claves del debate para pasar a construir de forma colectiva en un pad un esbozo de formalización material de un proceso constituyente a nivel europeo bajo el paradigma de los movimientos surgidos en torno a la falta de democracia y la deudocracia
