The objective is to work on the possibilities offered by the different communication technologies to expand and reinforce public deliberation, the basis of any participative process. When to use them, how, for what objectives. When the ICTechs can be good tools for the deliberation process and when they can be exactly the opposite.
It’s directed to all persons and collectives interested in these tools.
El objetivo es trabajar sobre las posibilidades de uso de las diferentes tecnologías de la comunicación para ampliar y reforzar el trabajo deliberativo, base de cualquier proceso participativo. Cuándo utilizarlas, cómo, con qué objetivos. Cuándo las tics pueden ser buenas aliadas de los procesos deliberativos y cuándo pueden ser todo lo contrario.
Se dirige a todas las personas y colectivos interesados en estos temas.
METHODOLOGY / METODOLOGÍA
We will work with participative tools. First in the full assembly, later in small groups and finally, in the full assembly again, where they will be offered to all participants and the conclusions will be debated.
Se trabajará con herramientas participativas. Primero en plenario, después en grupos pequeños y finalmente nuevamente en plenario, donde se pondrán en común y se debatirán las conclusiones.
