Workshop about the ways to stop an eviction.  From the first contact with the   person/s affected to the mediation with the police during the forced    eviction.

• Public Budgets:  Based on the premise of basic income, as well as  “universal basic housing”:  The right to housing as a starting point, not forgetting the rest of social/welfare rights, like health, education….
• Public policies at EU level and in the context of Spain.
• Renting as a common connexion in the access to housing at EU level.
• Examples of groundroots organization in house entries for homeless  emergencies:  PAH.
• Objectives:  Develop networks and tools of coordination.  Proposal of joint action.

• Presupuestos:  Premisa de la renta básica idem a vivienda: “vivienda básica universal” Derecho a la vivienda como punto de partida, sin olvidarse del resto del bienestar social:  Sanidad, educación…  
• Politicas públicas a nivel UE y en el contexto de España.  
• Alquiler como nexo común en el acceso a la vivienda a nivel UE.  
• Ejemplos de autoorganización sobre la vulneración de la vivienda en emergencia habitacional: PAH.  
• Objetivos:  Desarollar redes y herramientas de coordinación.  Propuesta de acción conjunta.  

Theoretical presentation with guessing games / Practical presentation of the mediation steps with volunteers from the audience.  We will divide it in two parts because it is very long.
